Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

Review of previous meeting minutes:

- Bob Ross moved to approve the Jan 16 minutes.
  Mike LaBonte seconded the motion.  Without objection minutes were approved.
  Bob noted that we had discussed BUG195, not BUG198.

ARs:

- Bob Ross to test [End External Model] for BUG198.
  - Done

New IBISCHK bugs:
- Bob Ross showed bug195.txt.
- Bob: The same problem exists for [End Circuit Call] and [End External Circuit] .
  - There is a FATAL ERROR message for missing [End External Model].
  - The BUG196 testcase was used.
  - The existing E0123 message could be used, it has the correct wording.

IBISCHK7 parser development:
- Bob: The table format in the contract looks good.
- Mike: I will continue adding notes for the other BIRDs.

AR: Mike LaBonte to complete BIRD appendix for parser contract.
